Ice Bath
The practice of Cold water immersion, or dip in an Ice Bath for a duration of 10 minutes helps reduce muscle pain and soreness. It also helps the central nervous system and limits the inflammatory response helping in faster recovery
Soft Tissue Release or Sports Massage is an important recovery tool for athletes during their gruelling training and competitions.
Soft Tissue Release helps ease some of the muscle tightness, may help alleviate muscle tension and has been shown to improve the mental perception of recovery as well.
We offer 40 and 60 minute Soft Tissue Release sessions.
