We offer two types of Gait Analysis:

Walking Gait Analysis

Clients rehabilitating from an injury (pre or post surgery) or with restricted movement can undergo a walking Gait Analysis. Our experts are able to identify the causes of improper or restricted walking pattern which can then be corrected through exercises and physiotherapy intervention.

Running Gait Analysis can be used by anyone whose sport involves running. There are two main aims of this type of Gait Analysis:

1. Improve running efficiency and/or speed by identifying gait patterns and using corrective exercise and/or improving running technique

2. Reduce the chances of injury or re-injury which may occur over a period of time due to less efficient running mechanics.
