Rishabh is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad & The Doon School, Dehradun. He founded Sporting Ethos in 2012 with the aim of providing the much-needed scientific support to young and elite Indian athletes.<\/p>\n

He conceptualized Sporting Ethos after having spent time at Institutes of Sport & Sports Medicine centres in Australia & Italy. Since inception, Rishabh has worked tirelessly on-the-ground to not only understand the challenges faced by Indian athletes but also to find, refine and implement meaningful and long-term solutions to these challenges<\/p>\n

Rishabh belongs to a family of doctors and has worked with J&J Medical Devices and his passion and interest for Sport motivated him to set up Sporting Ethos.
After quitting his corporate job, he spent time at Institutes of Sport & Sports Medicine centres in Australia & Italy to understand the nuances of the business.<\/p>\n

In the last 8 years, Rishabh has been able to find, refine and implement meaningful and long-term solutions to challenges faced by Sporting Ethos clientele.<\/p>\n

Sana joined Sporting Ethos in 2021 with special focus on post-surgery rehabilitation for athletes across sports and age groups.\u00a0 Along with Manvi and the entire team, she helps us implement a data-driven approach to return to sport for post-surgery athletes.<\/p>\n

Sana holds a Masters in Sport Physiotherapy and has a keen focus on both injury prevention and injury management.<\/p>\n

Tenzin holds a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science and a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy, from Manipal University. She was a Gold Medalist in Academics in her Masters course and joined Sporting Ethos to start her career in Sport Sciences in 2018.<\/p>\n

She is a also an NSCA certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Tenzin has been working actively with elite and young athletes and plays a major role in helping injured athletes return to Sport safely through S&C training.<\/p>\n

SPORT NUTRITIONIST<\/h3>\n

Rukshara holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Certified Sport Nutritionist from the internationally acclaimed ISSN (International Society of Sport Nutrition).<\/span><\/p>\n

Rukshara joined Sporting Ethos in 2020 after completing her Masters and has worked closely with elite athletes to enhance their performance through a hands-on apporach.<\/p>\n

She emphasises on enabling athletes to inculcate long-term habits and consistency which will impact health and performance in a positive way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rukshara loves playing Basketball along with playing other sports and she likes to keep herself updated on all aspects of High Performance.<\/p>\n

Rukshara holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Certified Sport Nutritionist from the internationally acclaimed ISSN (International Society of Sport Nutrition).<\/span><\/p>\n

Rukshara joined Sporting Ethos in 2020 after completing her Masters and has worked closely with elite athletes to enhance their performance through a hands-on apporach.<\/p>\n

She emphasises on enabling athletes to inculcate long-term habits and consistency which will impact health and performance in a positive way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rukshara loves playing Basketball along with playing other sports and she likes to keep herself updated on all aspects of High Performance.<\/p>\n
