Programmes

Once you have been assessed by our experts and the reports have been shared by us, you can choose to enroll in one or more of the following programmes for 3, 6 or 12 months:
 
A.    Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Programme

Based on the results of the physical fitness assessment, our S&C trainers will be creating an individualized plan for the athlete’s physical conditioning.

We will take into account the competitions/exams/travel planned in between and will periodize(pop-up on scrolling with definition of periodization) the athlete’s training accordingly. We would be conducting a repeat assessment after every 3-4 months to gauge the progress made by you and to plan further. We will also be working on areas where corrective exercises may be required to work your posture, flexibility etc.

B.    Sport Psychology Programme

Our Sport Psychologist will be identifying the goals based on the assessment conducted and working upon them so that the athlete can incorporate different individualized  techniques to make improvement in the mental aspect of his/her game.

We recommend conducting sessions every 2 weeks to ensure steady progress in the mental aspect of the Sport.



C.    Sport Nutrition Programme

This is a continuous programme in which we will provide with you with a nutrition programme and review his/her progress after every 2 weeks and makes changes based on compliance, increase/decrease in activity, change in schedule (eg. competitions)

 We will be taking Body Composition Analysis every 4 weeks to gauge the progress made by the athlete.

During the course of our programmes, we will also be helping the athlete with different recovery methods which will help him to keep playing and learning at a good and consistent level.


D.    Injury Prevention Programme

Our experts will conduct a thorough musculoskeletal and functional movement screening to assess areas of improvement so that we can reduce the likelihood of injuries due to muscular imbalances.

You will be required to take sessions 1-2 times a week under our supervision so that we can help you build a strong foundation to not only continue enjoy playing your sport but also to perform better.

Once you make sufficient progress with our programme, you can move onto the Strength & Conditioning programme to further improve other aspects of your physical fitness.
