Rishabh Jaiswal

(Founder & High Performance Director)

Rishabh is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad & The Doon School, Dehradun. He founded Sporting Ethos in 2012 with the aim of providing the much needed scientific support to young and elite Indian athletes.
He conceptualized Sporting Ethos after having spent time at Institutes of Sport & Sports Medicine centres in Australia & Italy. Over the last 6 years, Rishabh has worked on the ground and has spent all his time and energy to not only understand the challenges faced by Indian athletes but also to find meaningful and long-term solutions to these challenges.
Rishabh continues to strive to achieve the best possible quality of services for athletes and is working to reach out to more sporting talent in the country and provide them scientific support to achieve High Performance.

Divya Sharma

(Head Physiotherapist & Biomechanist)

Divya has over 14 years of extensive experience in Physiotherapy, Injury Prevention and Biomechanics and has worked very closely with many young and well-known professional athletes across Sports including, Golf, Tennis, Shooting, Cricket, Badminton, Basketball among other sport.


Divya is one of the most respected professionals in the field of Injury Management in Delhi/NCR and she makes it a point to be well-versed with the latest developments in the field of Injury Management. DIvya and her team of physiotherapists provide the much needed support of Injury Prevention to our athletes through timely intervention and treatment.

Raoul Hirani

(Strength & Conditioning Trainer (NSCA-CSCS))

Raoul is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist (CSCS) with over 10 years of experience in Strength & Conditioning. He pursued Sports and Exercise Science at the renowned Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand where he also worked with the Auckland Cricket Association.
At Sporting Ethos, Raoul has been working with young and professional athletes across sports and has been instrumental in helping our athletes incorporate the latest training methods through programmes implemented by him.
Raoul has a keen interest in the latest research and standards of physical fitness and he keeps the Sporting Ethos team abreast of the latest developments to ensure that our athletes are at par with their international peers.

Dr. Ashok Ahuja

(Sport Physician and Mentor)

Dr. Ahuja is the senior most Sports Physician in the country and is a well-respect figure in the Indian sporting fraternity. He has an experience of over 45 years working with elite indian athletes. He has been the Head of Department of Sports Medicine and Sciences at NSNIS Patila.
Dr. Ahuja oversees the injury management protocol for our athletes and also conducts a detailed screening to ensure that our athletes are able to train and compete at the highest level without any health or injury complications.
He has been our mentor from the very first day and encourages us to work selflessly towards enabling Indian athletes to achieve High Performance with the help of Sports Sciences. His constant support and guidance are valued by our athletes and our team alike.

Clark Simons

( High Performance Specialist)

Education: California University of Pennsylvania, USA
Clark is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist (CSCS) and an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist for Injury Prevention. He also looks after Sports and Performance Nutrition for the athletes at Sporting Ethos.
Clark has over 16 years of experience working with individual and team-sport athletes. Along with helping athletes improve on their physical fitness and meet their nutrition goals, Clark also monitors the recovery of athletes very carefully so that they can achieve the best output from training and in competition.
As a High Performance Specialist, Clark helps the athlete and his/her team plan and prepare their schedule so that they can achieve peak performance at the right time.

Freya Katre

(Sport Psychologist)

Education: Cardiff University, UK (Masters)

Freya provides our team which the much needed support of Sport Psychology for our athletes. She has been working with athletes representing India at the international level and is also helping young athletes across Sports to build a strong mental foundation.
She also provides the necessary inputs to our team so that we can individualize our training approach with each of our athletes to achieve good progress.

Freya continuously works with parents of young athletes to help them understand the nuances of their child’s progress in Sport and also to help them manage the challenges faced as Sport Parents.
